Valeria and Luisa were absolutely wonderful and helped a lot. I was very happy with this service and my daughter loved her flowers. The only problem initially was that the website wouldn't accept payment by amex or barclaycard so I needed to use Paypal. My payment went through but when I was redirected back to euroflora.com there was a message on the screen stating 'whoops something went wrong' so this caused anxiety. However, my email was answered immediately by Elena and Marita so all was ok thank you.
