Great choice of flowers, easy process, great support!

Instant chat does not work. The different bouquet (colours) was delivered based on photo taken from someone who was there. I wrote email with questions to be sure you manage this or if someone shall pick up the bouquet in the morning. I know it was last call order and appreciate you managed to do so but I was really nervous about the current status. Thank you for sending me email about Delivery boy but it was too generous. I asked also for a photo. In Belgrade unfortunately at the very same occasion they talked to me via Viber and it was great. Otherwise I am happy you managed. Just different colours and not real communication are minus points. Hope you understand my feedback which is supposed to be only a sign for improvements. All the best, Michal

El ramo que llegó comparado con el que aparece en la web es mucho más pequeño. En la web aparecían 3 o 4 rosas, y solo llegó 1, aparecían 5 o 6 liriums, y solo llegaron 3, aparecían 10 claveles por lo menos y solo llegaron 3. Además, no sé cómo vendría en el vehículo, pero lo trajeron en ramo, sin ninguna protección. Gracias por leerme.
