Hice el pedido para entregar el 26 de julio, y lo han entregado hoy 12 de julio. FATAL

Podría saber si la entrega ha sido hecha en mano al señor Arran o se ha dejado en la puerta porque no ha contestado? Gracias.

Thank you for a prompt reply to my message after the order and delivery. However, the bouquet was really not meeting the standards of a deluxe bouquet, which I ordered. The picture on the Euroflora website shows a much more rich and high-standard bouquet than what was delivered, now that I see it in the picture my friend, the receiver, sent me. I would have expected better.

Dears The flowers delivered were simply horrible and far away from the value I paid. A very kind employee told me that the chosen bouquet was not available and we agreed on an alternative. Still the quality and quantity was not appropriate. This is not acceptable and I expect a refund. Looking forward to hearing back Alessandra Bergadano
