Bonjour , lors du paiement ça avait indiqué qu il y a aut une erreur et que le paiement n'était pas passé. Alors j'ai commandé une deuxième fois et la pareil , le paiement me dit que ça n'a pas passé. Donc j'ai commandé un bouquet chez un autre fleuriste . Car je n'ai eu aucun mail de confirmation de la commande si bien que pour moi c'était sûr que la commande n'avait pas été pris en compte ..donc finalement les fleurs ont été livré 2 fois chez vous et 1 fois chez un autre fleuriste tout ca car votre système a beugué. Donc je ne commanderai plus chez vous . Merci.

The florist was helpful. I was sending these flowers from England to Italy. They had great communication and the flowers arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you.

I asked for early delivery, which didn’t happen. Left in front of door instead pf ringing doorbell. Also, low quality vs premium price.

When I purchased the flowers checkout said it would be delivered the same day. It was delivered the next day. I would say it would be helpful for you to list a cutoff time for example after which flowers are delivered the next day. Otherwise, good job.

Everything was perfect, she loved the flowers and was so happy. Just would have liked to be kinda in an specific time but I have no complains, amazing for me since I’m in another country 🫰🏻
