Dear Euroflora Team,
I paid €70 for the flower arrangement, which, according to the agreement, was supposed to be delivered to our accommodation. However, in the end, I had to pick up the flowers myself from the flower shop.
Additionally, the card with the message I had requested was missing.
This is not a complaint against the staff at the flower shop – they were very kind – but considering the price, this was a rather poor service overall.
