Thank you for the delivery to Lois Macintosh. The flowers where very beautiful.The order Nr. e184499 asigned to Arianna ID. 1454 processing the order was delivered on Friday 9 Nov. But also involvement in the order was Annet ID. 1387 and Silvia ID.3388 operators,which made me pay three time for my one order.Please can this mistake be resolved.I notice the payments where taken out on the 8 Nov. from my account 3 times at the same day and time.The amount it €65.50 times 2= €131.00 to be payed back in my bank account.Please would you confirm this by email.I hope you can sort this problem I would be very grateful. I am not sure when exactly the goods were delivered. I requested if they could be delivered on Wed. evening 7th Nov. I was assured they would be but didnt get confirmation of delivery until yesterday afternoon which was too late for the funeral. My father accepted the delivery and got a bit side tracked with the balloons haha but the operator above was exceptional in everything, the quality of the product the sharpness of the delivery and said the delivery person was very understanding and was very professional would definitely use that operator again. Made the present all the better for the recipient.

Perhaps a photograph of the bouquet to the sender would be nice so that I could see what was sent as I assume it may be a wee bit different to the smile bouquet online but apart from that great service.
