Valeria and Luisa were absolutely wonderful and helped a lot. I was very happy with this service and my daughter loved her flowers. The only problem initially was that the website wouldn't accept payment by amex or barclaycard so I needed to use Paypal. My payment went through but when I was redirected back to euroflora.com there was a message on the screen stating 'whoops something went wrong' so this caused anxiety. However, my email was answered immediately by Elena and Marita so all was ok thank you.

suggerirei che se un determinato fiore non è disponibile (nel mio caso il girasole), di non metterlo in elenco, sono stata molto delusa. l'operatrice tuttavia è stata molto gentile e disponibile e mi è stato offerto un bouquet che probabilmente costava di più per scusarsi della mancanza, cosa che ho apprezzato. la carta dei fiori a margheritine gialle però non c'entrava nulla con le rose e stonava, per nulla elegante e inadatta a delle rose rosse, mi ha leggermente imbarazzata.
