I have just received a WhatsApp photo of my granddaughter in Sweden (I am in South Africa) receiving her beautiful floral birthday gift from Euroflora. I am so delighted! When the potted flower I ordered was not of the supplier's quality when they received it, they suggested an alternative (or a refund if I wanted it). I left the choice replacement to them and it could not have been better - an exquisite multi coloured pink bouquet of potted orchids - and what's more, in the pink colour theme of her birthday. I am so so impressed with this outstanding service - EVERY TIME!! Well done Euroflora team in Hollviken!! You rock!!! Love Dr Irene James.
