Dear Euroflora Team,
I paid €70 for the flower arrangement, which, according to the agreement, was supposed to be delivered to our accommodation. However, in the end, I had to pick up the flowers myself from the flower shop.
Additionally, the card with the message I had requested was missing.
This is not a complaint against the staff at the flower shop – they were very kind – but considering the price, this was a rather poor service overall.

Thank you. This is a weird one. My wife was away from me for our 30th anniversary and I wanted to send her flowers. But I didn't want her to know. So I had to figure out the address etc. from Google Maps and anyway... They arrived, she was happy. I was happy. We are still together.
