Thank you for the delivery to Lois Macintosh. The flowers where very beautiful.The order Nr. e184499 asigned to Arianna ID. 1454 processing the order was delivered on Friday 9 Nov. But also involvement in the order was Annet ID. 1387 and Silvia ID.3388 operators,which made me pay three time for my one order.Please can this mistake be resolved.I notice the payments where taken out on the 8 Nov. from my account 3 times at the same day and time.The amount it €65.50 times 2= €131.00 to be payed back in my bank account.Please would you confirm this by email.I hope you can sort this problem I would be very grateful.
