First attempt failed as the online portal allowed me to pick a date on which no delivery was possible. Having to go back and to reorder took additional time and effort which would not have been required if the portal identified which dates delivery was possible. I was more than happy to delay delivery, but there was also no suggestion that this may be possible

Flowers delivered were not exact product match with Euroflora website display - very few flowers and mostly green filler. A small bouquet for €61 is not value for money.

The florist’s assistant (owner!) in Stavanger was kind enough to ring me to tell me that the colours of the flowers I had chosen were not available and she suggested other colours. I thought this was very nice.

My only disappointment is that you didn't have the sunflowers which is why I chose this particular bunch. I did wonder where you would get sunflowers this time of year! But my niece was very pleased. So thankyou and I will use you again 💙💗💖
