I was happy with getting updates via email about the progress of the order until it was delivered. Also, they were very punctual and got it delivered. I received a photo from the recipient and was disappointed in the bouquet. It had a lot of greenery, and fewer colourful flowers than I had expected from the photo on the website. I think another time, I would choose a different florist than Ulla's.

I appreciated the fast service but I would like to see what the actual flower look like since you changed it .

Efficient and professional service, and great customer service

Ordered quite late in the day, but delivered quickly and my Mother loved the surprise. The delivery man was polite and very friendly. I will definitely be using euroflora again. Plus they took a short video of my mother with the cake and flowers which I thought was a lovely touch so I could see her receiving it. Well done euroflora.

Thank you for a prompt reply to my message after the order and delivery. However, the bouquet was really not meeting the standards of a deluxe bouquet, which I ordered. The picture on the Euroflora website shows a much more rich and high-standard bouquet than what was delivered, now that I see it in the picture my friend, the receiver, sent me. I would have expected better.

I had ordered a different cake and flowers. And it was not as per the selected that was sent. But anyway Thank you appreciate your service.
