No one notified me what time of day the flowers could expect to be delivered. I wouldn't have expected an exact time, but at least a heads up if it would be morning, afternoon or evening. Otherwise, the flowers were lovely and very appreciated by the recipient. Thank you. :-)

Roses were supported/sticked with wire which should not be the case. Wire cannot be removed without destroying the Roses themselves!

Flower selection was tacky and not as depicted in example. Not using that flower shop again
