Trying to organise flowers from New Zealand to Kovin was challenging and then we found your awesome company which made it all so easy, especially with the excellent communication.

FEEDBACK: I ordered "Claire", which is a yellow smiley face cup with yellow sunny roses and daisies (as indicated below). The flowers came in a red-beveled vase. Very disappointed that my mother-in-law did not receive what I intended her to receive.

Disappointed on delivery I gave the full address and details on how to find the street when entering the resort The driver went straight to the reception area and phoned me to come to his van to collect the flowers It was heavy to carry fortunately service personnel at he reception offered to drive me by buggy to my home My wife being the recipient Tom Coutts
