The follow up was amazing and within 20 mins ofpkacingorder had a phone call from florist to sort out exactly which flowers were to be sent WELL DONE 😀😃

Thank you for this opportunity to give feedback. While I appreciated the early email communication about the order prior to delivery, immediately after the delivery was completed, there should have been a message on the day of the delivery to reassure me. I would have liked to know that the delivery was correctly done on time. The Eloise bouquet stated white roses and pink lilies, but all the flowers of the bouquet were white, which can be misinterpreted according to symbolism, so I was a bit disappointed with the end product. Most disappointing however, the recipient did not receive any card or message attached! Perhaps you could send an apology to the recipient for that omission. Thank you for your time. Regards, Colette
I ordered deluxe flowers and by the picture I received there are hardly any flowers. Not happy. I expected a bigger bouquet.

First attempt failed as the online portal allowed me to pick a date on which no delivery was possible. Having to go back and to reorder took additional time and effort which would not have been required if the portal identified which dates delivery was possible. I was more than happy to delay delivery, but there was also no suggestion that this may be possible

Flowers delivered were not exact product match with Euroflora website display - very few flowers and mostly green filler. A small bouquet for €61 is not value for money.
