I am happy with the service; the flowers were nice, they got there at a good time and the card was also nice. It was nice that the note was hand written but there were a few typos ('he' was misspelt as 'the' and 'our' was misspelt as 'your'. I understand because English is not their language; the receiver could understand what I meant so that is what matters.
