I was both disappointed and embarrassed to see a photo of this order from the recipient. The flowers and wine were very acceptable, but how could you think that 2 bars of chocolate rather than a box would be a lovely gift ??? My previous order e24304848 of 22/3/24 was also below your usual high standard in that the plant was not that good a specimen and was with a rather “ordinary” box of Lindt chocs compared to chocs you’ve given my recipient in previous years. I may well have to search for a different provider next time, unless you can reassure me you will “up your game”.
