Precisione e professionalità

No suggestions, we are very satisfied, but I have a question, just curious. I live in a very small village in the Netherlands, and when I get flowers delivered when I am not at home, the flowers are put at the frontdoor, or left with neighbours. What do you do in a city like Geneva when the receiver is not at home? We were very pleased with your work for us. Thank you!!!

In questo periodo di Covid sarebbe opportuno e altamente auspicabile che chi effettuasse le consegne indossasse la mascherina, non solo a rispetto e protezione del destinatario, ma anche propria. Per questo motivo indico ‘buona’ la qualità del servizio e non ‘ottima’.

From the time that I ordered, everything was very quick. However, the wrong bouquet was delivered. I complained & Barbara called me to confirm that they would send another bouquet. I was very pleased with how the matter was handled.

Dubito che i fiori consegnati valgano 100 EUR..
